The hotel was spotlessly clean and modern with crisp white sheets but the rooms had obviously been smoked in, and the AC didn't work. The location was good for us being close to the U-Bahn and a restaurant, though a little way out of town. The service was efficient and helpful, exactly what I needed after a long drive with our 2-year-old son. The dining was ok for a 3-star hotel and the Japanese dishes were great compared to other places.

The service is friendly, breakfast is tasty and sufficient, and the staff is multilingual. The location is close to the ring of Dortmund and the airport, though breakfast area improvement is needed.
